HTML Tutorial

For me, making web pages is one of my most favorite hobbies, and over the years I've made a ton. I've made sites devoted to dragons, to wolves, to several RPGs, even to model horses. But I still can't get enough of coding HTML.

I am entirely self taught; what I didn't know I found on another page then analyzed it to bits until I could do it. Frames took me about half an hour to figure out, tables less than that. I don't understand some of the more advanced scripts (such as the rollover color change in links), but I know the basics of making a web page.

Building a web page takes both time, energy, and creativity. Oh sure, anybody can slap together a web page that looks like this, one that tells your name and where you go to school and what you like. But it takes creativity and finesse, and a lot of redesigning, to make a web page as beautiful as, say, Moyra's Jewels (not my page, but stunning nonetheless).

This is a very simple step by step tutorial outlining, mainly for beginners, how to start a webpage. It takes you through the steps of getting your own site all the way through to frames.
